Hawthorn HealthTech was founded by clinicians who experienced firsthand the reality of modern healthcare—where highly trained professionals spend a significant portion of their time on repetitive administrative tasks.

These inefficiencies don't just impact workflow—they directly affect patient safety, staff burnout, and system capacity. We saw an opportunity to build solutions that work within real clinical environments, not add to the complexity.

Our first product, PharmaM8, was developed to address one of the most persistent challenges in healthcare: medication reconciliation and patient understanding at discharge. What often takes 20–30 minutes per patient can now be completed in under 5 minutes—while improving clarity, accuracy, and safety.

PharmaM8 is already being piloted with hospitals, forming the foundation for a broader vision: a suite of tools that reduce administrative burden and support safer, more efficient care delivery.
