Free Demo Period
Hawthorn HealthTech offers a 1-week free demo with full feature access. During this period:
- No payment information is required
- You have full access to product features
- You may cancel at any time without obligation
- We will provide setup assistance and training
Subscription Terms
Following the free demo period, continued use requires a 12-month subscription:
- Subscription pricing is customised based on organisation size and needs
- Standard subscription period is 12 months
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before subscription activation
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing 30 days before renewal
Use of Services
You agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations when using our services
- Provide accurate information during registration and use
Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate safeguards for healthcare data and comply with relevant data protection regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Hawthorn HealthTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Hawthorn HealthTech provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Clinical Responsibility
Our software is designed to assist healthcare professionals, not replace clinical judgment. All outputs should be reviewed and validated by qualified healthcare professionals before use in patient care.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
